Ovenplus Service Part

Very prompt and courteous service in replacing a broken propane regulator. The metal of the regulator had cracked, I requested a replacement and sent a photo of the broken part. The next day I received confirmation that a new part was shipped to me and in less than a week the new part arrived at no cost to me.

We are very happy wiith our pizza oven so far. The oven makes the difference !

Great customer service when needed! Had an accident with a wheel on the cart. (My fault). I was sent a new wheel right away. Love the Pizza Oven and the company!
