Vanilla ice cream | 1 box |
Chocolate sauce | 1 cup |
Fresh mint | 1 leaf/slice |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the pineapple: thickness of 1.5 cm/slice.
- Remove the core and create a hole in the center of each pineapple slice.
- Place the pineapple slices on the grill for 2 minutes on per side.
- When ready, serve with one scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce per slice. Add fresh mint for decoration.
