Featured Boston Lobster Mushrooms & Cheese
Timing can be adjusted based on personal taste and thickness of meat.
|Boston Lobster tail||2 lbs|
|Olive oil||2 tablespoons|
|Ground black pepper||1/2 teaspoon|
- Clean the lobster tail, boil for 1 minute, and cool it down under running water. Smear butter on a plate, place the mushrooms on the buttered plate, place the plate on the pizza stone, and bake for 3 minutes.
- Add some salt. For more flavor, consider adding salty butter or garlic butter.
- Place the lobster tail on the grill for 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the shell.
- Remove from grill, add cheese and mushrooms, and continue grilling until the cheese has melted.
