| Baguette (French Stick) | 250g |
| Avocado | 200g |
SAUCE INGREDIENTS

| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup |
| Olive Oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Minced Garlic | 1 teaspoon |
| Minced Shallot | 2 teaspoons |
| Lime Juice | 1 tablespoon |
| Sour Cream | 1 tablespoon |
| Minced Celery | 1 teaspoon |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
- In a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients.
- Sear the edges and grill the steak for 3 minutes per side according to the size of the steak and your preferences. Then rest the steak for 5 minutes.
- Slice the avocado, steak and the french stick into appropriate sizes.
- Stack the sliced ingredients together and add some sauce on the top.
