Crostini with Grilled Steak & Avocado
Timing can be adjusted based on personal taste and thickness of meat.
|Extra large shrimp peeled
|Kosher salt & black pepper
|Extra-virgin olive oil
|Baguette (French Stick)
- Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
- In a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients.
- Sear the edges and grill the steak for 3 minutes per side according to the size of the steak and your preferences. Then rest the steak for 5 minutes.
- Slice the avocado, steak and the french stick into appropriate sizes.
- Stack the sliced ingredients together and add some sauce on the top.
