Lime Juice

Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients. 
  • Sear the edges and grill the steak for 3 minutes per side according to the size of the steak and your preferences. Then rest the steak for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the avocado, steak and the french stick into appropriate sizes.
  • Stack the sliced ingredients together and add some sauce on the top.
